Terms and Conditions.
All our Tea Houses are made to order. On receiving your order you will receive confirmation by email and we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know when construction of your order will begin and give you an estimate for delivery.
When construction is completed we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for us to deliver and install your order.
We will require a suitable pre-prepared base measuring 2.3 metres (Length) x 1.5 metres (Width), arranged and paid for by the customer before we can arrange the delivery date.
On the installation date we will require clear access to the site. We will aim to be on site by 9:00am and expect to be completed by 5:00pm or earlier provided no unforeseen issues arise.
When installation is completed we will show you around the Tea House to ensure there is no damage and all the accessories for lighting and heating* are operating correctly via a temporary supply point, give you routine maintenance tips and then finally we will require a signature.
*For permanent use of the lighting and heating system you will require a local qualified electrician paid for by the customer to install a 6mm armoured cable from a suitable supply point.
